  • Donations are tax deductible.  The Michael Lynch Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) recognized public charity.

  • The Foundation has made grants to non-affiliated organizations (educational institutions) in the past 12 months.  A list of these organizations may be obtained from the Foundation upon request. 

  • The Board of Directors may withdraw its approval of a particular grant even after it has been awarded.
