Dear Michael,
3 years after the tragedy, you are more and more in my thoughts; you give me strength and courage every day. Because you are now an angel near our Lord I know you are helping Stephanie and all your family, and friends. I never met you but believe me Michael you are a member of my family; better, you are my very closed special friend: my confident. Please Michael, stay always with us, we love you so much. Waiting to see you and my beloved late husband Louis.
God bless you and your family. Love , Mi

I've always wanted to sign this guestbook, but I never have till now. I am the niece of the brother of Michael Lynch and I feel it would be right to sign the guestbook and let my uncle know that Michael is in my family's prayers and hearts.

Dear Michael, We were too sad to write to your Guest Book sooner. Mom and I went to the "Remember Walk" to Ground Zero yesterday with other families who lost loved ones on 911. Somehow missing you was more difficult this year. Many changes have occurred since that awful day you courageously walked into the South Tower. The terrorists have reached a new low and murdered children in Beslan Russia. I pray that the civilized countries combine to eradicate these mindless fanatics. We go on daily missing your beautiful smile and gentle nature. We know that you are with God and that he needed you on 911 and we bow to His will. He asked you to make the supreme sacrifice and asked us to try to accept that magnificent gesture. We do so humbly but our pain is grievious and everlasting. We love you Mike and ask that you watch over us as we continue our journey.

There is this stinging in my heart, this pain that will not cease. It is a pain that started on 9/11/01 and has continued since. Every time we are happy, there is a slight pain as well. It is the tug at our heartstrings that reminds us that you are not here. Our minds can tell us that we are okay but our heart reminds us that we are not. No matter how many years go by, no matter how many days, hours or minutes our heart remembers the last time that we felt your humanly existance and it aches for it. I wanted to post yesterday but I just couldn't. I know you understand. I miss you, I love you and hope that you will continue the close watch that you have on our family. We always feel your love. You continue to inspire us everyday. Missing you always. Your lil' sister, Colleen

To the wonderful Lynch family,
I have thought of you all today as I do often and the ultimate sacrifice of losing your son and brother, Michael.
As difficult it is and the burden you carry the rest of your lives, the nation in indebted to you and the bravery of Michael and all the other emergency workers we lost three years ago today.
We feel your pain as a nation.
God Bless you and Michael!
