I think it is important to remember how brave firefighters are, not only on this day but always. From the time we are small children we are taught to run from a burning building and firefighters are taught to run in! May God bless the Lynch family and all others who perished on that fateful day and God Bless the USA!!!!

May God bless your family. Time is supposed to make things more bearable. But the pain still is we just find a different way of dealing with it. I lost my friend when his crown vic exploded after being rear ended by a drunk driver. However this is not in the public as your loss is. You must be very strong people and I honor you as well. Being in the public service they will never truly be thanked enough. God Bless All....but especially those service men and women. Emilee

I hope the families of the "firefighter" are beginning to heal...

To the Lynch family....it seems harder today than it did three years ago. I wanted you to know, I am thinking of each and every one of you on this anniversary. You are all in my heart and in my prayers. Michael will never be forgotten and I know he misses you all so very much. Your love and warmth, has touched so many lives and your strength has inspired us all. Please take care of yourselves. Love and prayers...

To the Lynch family: I cannot even begin to fathom the depths of your pain and suffering. Looking tearfully at pictures of your large, loving family, it is so hard to imagine what you all have gone through and continue to endure. Please know that so many fellow Americans and others across the world will forever keep you and Michael in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all, and God Bless America. Love, Paula Hughes

Dear Lynch Family (and all 9/11 families): we are offering prayers today in memory of Michael and all the loved ones. It is still as unbelievable today as it was that awful morning three years ago. The only consolation we have is to know that so many of the terrorists have been eliminated in the past three years and we want to offer our thanks and prayers to include the post 9/11 heroes who have lost their lives and those who have been injured and handicapped on behalf of that effort. With love, Rose & Sean Merrigan & Tom (ruthie's sister)

May God bless each of you on this day of remembrance. As you know Jack and Kathleen, the most treasured gift that I have ever received resides on my office wall with a picture of Michael. I begin and end each day with Michael and it remains as a reminder that this day must never be forgotten. In honor of Michael we will continue to do our best each day to protect and serve our communities. May God Bless.

We are all remembering Michael today here in Denmark -It's hard to be so far away on this day. We miss you sorely Michael and think of you often. We are also thinking of all those poor children in Russia who lost there lives in another senseless act of cowardice, and their loved ones who are grieving for them. Our prayers are with their families. We love you Michael Freddie, Ruthie, Conor and Siobhan
