Hello, I have followed the Lynch family since you started your website after 9/11. Then it got changed to a different site and I lost you all for a while but managed to find you again. I recently read FIREHOUSE also. It is so very sad......I wish your brave Michael was still with you. What a horrible loss to live with the rest of your lives. Each time someone mentions 9/11, I think of you all because your family and Michael have touched a place in my heart. I wish you peace! God be with you, Susan

Dear Michael With baby #3 due in about 3 weeks, I am having a little trouble sleeping and as usual my thoughts turn to you. Tonight you made me laugh! When you were in Kindergarten there was a girl in your class named Mabel, but you INSISTED that her name was Navel and refused to believe otherwise.... It's been two years since I have seen you now and you still bring a smile to my face. Most of my memories of you keep me laughing. Keep watch over us! Eileen

Just finished reading the book, FIREHOUSE, which speaks to the bravery of Mike and all of his brothers. I am especially pained for all of the wifes, children, loved ones left behind. Peace to all. You will always be in my thoughts.

Hey Little Brother! I was sitting here tonight writing out the checks to help send 11 children of NYC firefighters to college in your memory. Even in death your heroic effort continues to help others. While it is an honor to help these kids, it barely dulls the terrible pain we are all feeling this time of year as we remember the day we lost you. God Bless you - we miss you and love you always! Dear Michael in Heaven, We had great news yesterday when Aidan Michael Parigen was born to Collen and Jason. I am sure that you knew all about him before we did. As the second anniversary of 911 draws near we are dealing again with you not being with us. It is very difficult yet to believe that we will not see you again in this life, but we have faith that you are awaiting us on the other side of the circle of life. While our sadness will always be with us we believe that you are eternally happy in the prersence of God and that is our consolation and helps us get through each day. Keep an eye on all of us and especially our new member Aidan Michael. Looking forward each day as it brings nearer to seeing you again. Love Dad and Mom

Dear Mike, Had a moment and I just wanted to check in, hope the dinner and the golf outing went well. As a native Bronxite from the Neck (Locust Point) I still can't believe that horrible day happened. Hope to make it back down there real soon and hang out in one of the local watering holes and talk about the old times and the good stories.Love, Mal.

Okay big brother--now that we have a direct connection to the Big Guy through you, you had to figure it wouldn't be long before we started asking you for favors!!! So here it goes--please ask God to let this baby I am carrying be born NOW NOW NOW!!! I know--I still have 2 weeks to go--patience was never one of my strong virtues!!!! But seriously, as we await the newest addition to the Lynch clan I do ask for you to watch over my little gift from heaven. I know you have probably already met him, I know he has probably already received so much love from you before he left heaven to be with me. I wish we could have shared him here on earth with you. Continue to watch over all of us and bless us. We love you our brother, our hero. Your sister--Colleen

To the Lynch family and Stephanie, I am a firefighter in Indiana, and was on vacation in Florida in May of 2002, when I ran into a Firefighter from FDNY E-62, L-32 in the Bronx. Carl Sheetz seen my 9-11 memorial tattoo, and we talked for a few minutes, shared e-mail addresses and have kept in contact with each other since. In July of 2003, my family and I vacationed in NYC, and met up with Carl and his family. Our families visited Ground Zero, where I was able to pay my last respects to my fallen brothers from that site as opposed to 700 miles away in Indiana. Carl, his wife Debbie, as well as Michael's brothers at 62/32, have spoken very highly of Michael and have the upmost of respect for him. My thoughts and prayers go out daily for the families of all 343 of my brothers, and now that I personally know some of the guys from 62/32, and have heard so much of Michael, I feel like I have known him for years. Therefore, the thoughts and prayers for the entire Lynch family as well as Stephanie will remain in my heart forever. May God bless you all, and stay safe!!!! Lieutenant, M.
