What a great article in todays daily news about how the Lynch family keeping Mikes legacy alive. Was at the site when he was found and was saddened to find him along with McPadden both whom I was in probie school with, but at the same time I sensed that these families would finally get closure and be able to bury their loved ones properly. As a proud irishman St Pattys day is very important.Mike will remain a memory for me forever. He was the funniest guy in probie school and his gift to be able to duplicate someones voice and mannerisms was hilarious. He made tough days there easier, now i too face the challenge of my life, diagnosed in june of last year with stage 4 cancer ,my quest is to live on and to never let them forget the sacrifices made by so many that horrible day.my mission is now to make sure that all that were down there are tested for cancers.bless the Lynch family and your organization is definitely a noble one.

I just happened to be looking at some images from the WTC and came upon your web site "The Michael Lynch Memorial Foundation". Your son, brother and NYFD firefighter, is a honorable man. I didn't know Michael, but all of you are blessed to be touched by this man. I hope that your family will not mind if I include Michael in my daily prays. I would be honored. Years have past, but we will all remember the great people who acted as it was the duty to do there job. May God bless Michael and his Catholic Family.
